I'm Cecelia and I have a passion for planning. I come from a background in architecture and design, and I like to use my skills to positively impact the public realm.
I tackle urban issues through creativity and collaboration. My top priorities are to redefine community outreach and engagement strategies, incorporate social equity in design practices, and enhance our public spaces and roadways for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
I am currently based in Somerville, Massachusetts, and I’m always looking for new ways to improve our cities through engagement and design. I would love to hear from you and how we can work together.
